MADURAI: The level in the Periyar dam on Saturday stood at 128.10 feet (full level 136 feet) with an inflow and a discharge of 1,355 cusecs.
The level in the Vaigai dam was 63.25 feet (71 feet) with an inflow of 1,163 cusecs and a discharge of 41 cusecs.
The combined Periyar credit stood at 5,116 mcft.
Kallandiri recorded 22 mm of rainfall followed by Marudhanadi 18, Shanmuganadi 6, Andipatti and Pulipatti 5 each, Madurai 3, Sittampatti 2 and Gudalur and Sattaiyar dam 1 each. -Hindu
